Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Our policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be in new condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a free return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.You can always contact us at support@greenernest.co for any return-related questions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@greenernest.co.
